The lubrication system of CNC machining center is very important in the machining process of machine tools. The debugging and maintenance of lubrication system are of great benefit to the machining accuracy and service life of machine tools. CNC machining center of the guide rail, screw and other sliding pair of lubricating oil is generally used in centralized lubrication system. A centralized lubrication system is a hydraulic pump that supplies lubricating oil to diverters on all primary and secondary oil paths in the system. The diverters then distribute the oil to each lubrication point. Centralized lubrication system can be divided into progressive lubrication system, damping lubrication system and volume lubrication system.
It is suitable for machine tool lubrication point which needs less oil and needs periodic oil supply. Its working principle is to use a damping distributor to pump out the oil according to a certain proportion of distribution to the lubrication point. Commonly used in circulatory systems and open systems.
