01/ EDM training program
RK Machinery offers a comprehensive EDM training program that helps shops boost their EDM performance and productivity. End users gain practical information through both class and hands-on sessions at RK Machinery’s Training Facility in Tianjin, China. The purchase of an EDM machine tool includes a 1-day training session for up to 2 people at our facilities. The training will be conducted prior to the shipment of the machine. Travel expenses are not included. However, upon request we can provide free accommodation in our guest house. The training date will be set after we have completely tested the machine at our facilities. Upon request, we also offer individual training and start-up of any machine.
Although we strongly encourage classes at our facility for uninterrupted immersion training, we can also provide training sessions on your very own shop floor. Yes, that’s right…we tailor our training program to fit your needs! Whether the training session is at RK Machinery or at your facility, we encourage you to bring examples of your typical EDM applications to the class to achieve the best training results possible.

As On-line business becomes more and more popular, on-line training is also becoming the main strain style as the most convenient and cost-effective way. RK technical team organized many on-line trainings through video meeting, and we are always available for the support if clients need on-line training, please submit the following application if you have this demand.

02/ Online training videos
We provide all types of supporting video classes to instruct our customers how to use our machines. In case, if the customer cannot approach us for training at our premises, we shall arrange special online training sections and send all necessary videos that support installation or machine maintenance. Compulsory assessment video meeting will be conducted every month for feedback and smooth cooperation. We stay with our clients online to provide all types of necessary videos, to satisfy clients requirements.
